Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer in our Pen Argyl store.

You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming. This part-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing, walking regularly.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
