Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC in Mahanoy City is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

This part-time role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with a friendly team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hospitality, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing and bending.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
