Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure safety.

The role includes stock, unloading trucks, and providing a friendly, efficient service environment. Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma and prior retail or service experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate POS.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
