Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment at the Waynesburg location.

The role requires strong customer service, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail setting. Part-time, on-site position with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
