Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to deliver an amazing in-store and curbside shopping experience. Shifts are mornings and afternoons, totaling 15-20 hours per week, with a Monday truck unload starting between 7am-8am and a $2/hr differential for truck shifts.

Weekend availability is required. You will greet customers, offer storage and organization solutions, design closets, operate registers, enroll rewards members, and keep the sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and comfortable with POS systems.
• Ability to work mornings/afternoons and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks and merchandises products.
• Greets customers and assists with storage solutions.
• Designs and sells storage/organization solutions.
• Operates as a cashier with focus on customer experience.
• Enrolls customers in rewards program.
• Maintains floor presentation and stockroom organization.
• Supports curbside pickup and delivery processes.
