The Container Store in Phoenix is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to deliver an amazing customer experience in-store and for order pickup. You will unload trucks, merchandise, greet customers, and help design and sell storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Early morning shifts required (5–6am).
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills for POS and inventory tasks.
• Enjoys engaging with people and helping customers.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and merchandise the store early or in evenings.
• Greet customers and assist with store navigation and solutions.
• Design and sell storage and organization solutions.
• Operate the register and support checkout with a customer focus.
• Process curbside orders and deliveries; assist with carryout.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and presented per brand standards.
• Assist with cleaning, stocking, and stockroom organization.
• Engage customers to resolve organizational challenges.
