Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and support merchandising across multiple store locations. You will greet customers, answer questions, and work with managers to complete daily priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends, with travel between local locations as needed. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes quality, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
