Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and keep stores customer-ready. You will work hands-on in-store, support merchandising, project execution, and daily store operations while building relationships with customers and teammates.

Part-time daytime shifts 7:00am–3:30pm, with weekday and weekend availability; starting pay $16–$18 per hour based on experience, plus benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean and safe.
• Greet customers, answer product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and team to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report work, and support projects.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
