Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate for our Rowley, MA location. You will deliver friendly, efficient customer service, process transactions, and help keep the store organized and fully stocked.

The role involves assisting pharmacy staff when needed, supporting opening and closing shifts, and promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to customers. A High School diploma is preferred, with 16+ years of age required and prior retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and anticipate customer needs.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and handle cash, checks and card transactions.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist in inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist pharmacy when needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
