Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will provide friendly customer service, operate cash register transactions, and help keep the sales floor stocked and organized.

This role offers opportunities to support pharmacy operations and participate in growth and development paths within CVS Health. Ideal candidates have 16+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist in locating items, and offer help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow company policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and manage inventory per store guidelines.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist other departments including photo and beauty to ensure shelves are stocked.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
