CVS Health is hiring a Retail Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, cashier duties, and merchandise support in a part-time role. You will help maintain the sales floor, support multiple departments including pharmacy, and participate in occasional opening/closing procedures.

The position emphasizes customer care, accuracy in transactions, and a willingness to learn CVS services and loyalty programs to assist customers on their health journeys.

Qualifications

At least 16 years of age.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items as needed.
Accurately perform cashier duties—cash, checks, and cards per policy.
Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
Assist multiple departments (photo, beauty) and stay updated on services/tools.
Assist pharmacy staff and participate in occasional pharmacy shifts for growth.
Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
