Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, compassion in interactions, and resolving potential issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items, and offer help as needed.
• Perform cashier duties with cash, checks, and card transactions following policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks as directed by store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist other departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring stock and operational readiness.
• Help pharmacy personnel when required and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs aligned with company goals.
