Job summary

CVS Health seeks a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations in a busy retail pharmacy environment. You will interact with customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and assist multiple departments, including pharmacy, as part of a team.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately including cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening/closing store activities when needed.
• Assist pharmacy staff and participate in pharmacy shifts for growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
