Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will deliver friendly, customer-focused service, assist customers in locating products, and support multiple departments including the pharmacy as needed.

You will also handle cashier duties, help restock and maintain pricing accuracy, and participate in opening/closing store activities. Prior retail experience and a strong customer focus are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong customer focus and ability to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow policies.
• Restock shelves and manage pricing and inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in growth opportunities.
