Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including cash, checks and card transactions per policies.
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and assisting with inventory tasks as directed by store manager.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Providing cross-department support including photo and beauty and ensuring departments are stocked.
