Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver friendly, high‑quality customer service in our store. You will greet customers, guide purchases, and promote promotions while accurately handling the POS system. The role supports calendars.com and in-store orders to enhance shopper experiences.

With up to 20 hours per week, you may work weekends and evenings as needed in a dynamic retail environment that values initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is required, but at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated, optimistic about leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and engage in the sales process.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale and promote current offers.
• Operate the POS system accurately during purchases.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders.
• Maintain store visuals, receive shipments, and refresh promotions.
• Assist with housekeeping and ensure a welcoming environment.
