Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support in-store sales and customer service. The role offers up to 20 hours per week with weekends and evenings as needed. You will greet customers, process sales, maintain merchandising, and help with in-store orders and promotions.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a friendly attitude, and reliability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is required, but 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Enthusiasm for being an innovative leader and providing great customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and apply sales techniques.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Provide service utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Receive new shipments and reset promotions as directed.
• Complete regular housekeeping tasks.
