Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to support in-store sales and customer service. The role involves greeting customers, processing purchases at the POS, and leveraging current promotions. It requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.

Hours are up to 20 per week, with weekends and evenings as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus, and familiarity with calendar-related promotions is beneficial.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is necessary, however at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide great customer service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with calendars.com or email marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive sales using the Five Steps to a Sale.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and process purchases.
• Provide service by utilizing promotions, calendars.com, and in-store orders.
• Maintain store appearance and handle receiving/new shipments.
