Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate for part-time, hourly roles. The position focuses on greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced store environment.

This role supports promotions, utilizes the POS system, and participates in merchandising and inventory tasks. No prior retail experience is required, though 3 months is a plus; flexible weekends/evenings may be needed.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is necessary, however at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
