Job summary

Michaels in Statesville, NC is seeking a friendly retail team member to help customers find products, answer questions, and provide a fast, accurate checkout. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and ensuring in-store merchandising standards.

You will participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, enroll customers in rewards programs, and uphold store policies and safety procedures. Retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
