Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You’ll assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed according to company standards.

The role involves supervising and training Store Associates, assisting with opening/closing, and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. This is a part-time on-site position in Waverly, OH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and organize stockroom to company standards.
• Support in training and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
