Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support operations, customer service and team growth. You will help manage daily tasks, assist customers, organize merchandise, and ensure the store meets company standards.

The role involves payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention tasks while promoting a positive workplace. We value strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to train and develop Store Associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support training and development of Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant store spaces.
