Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a part-time Retail Ambassador in Lone Tree, CO to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will drive sales, build genuine connections, and uphold our inclusive store culture while assisting with basic operations and merchandising.

Applicants should be 18+, have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for service. Availability for peak days (Fri–Sun + holidays) or similar schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service and drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak and non-peak days.
