Job summary

Rothy’s in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You’ll build authentic connections, drive sales through service, and help maintain an inviting, inclusive store culture.

You’ll work at least 16 hours per week, with peak-day availability (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and you’ll wear the Rothy’s shoes as part of the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Fri, Sat, Sun + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days + 2 Non-Peak Days
