Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. in Dedham, MA is seeking a part-time Retail Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will build meaningful connections with customers, drive sales through service, and support a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Responsibilities include assisting with limited store operations, stock replenishment, and maintaining store presentation. Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak days is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service with drive to hit personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.

Responsibilities
