Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a part-time Retail Ambassador in Philadelphia, PA to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and embody our brand values daily.

You’ll focus on clienteling, product knowledge, and creating meaningful connections while assisting with limited store operations to keep the shop welcoming and well-organized.

Availability to work at least 16 hours per week, including peak days (Fri-Sun and holidays) or equivalent midweek coverage to support a busy, welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
