Job summary

Rothy’s in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Ambassador to represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and living our values in every interaction. You’ll focus on creating connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture, with some operational tasks like stocking and merchandising.

Availability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak days (Fri–Sun and holidays) and 2 non-peak days is required;

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet personal and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer—service rooted in the brand values and product knowledge.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through clienteling and genuine interaction.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture through collaborative behavior.
• Assist with stock replenishment and store organization to support smooth operations.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain a clean, well-presented store environment.
