Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. is hiring a part-time Retail Ambassador for our Tysons Corner store in Tysons, VA. You will be on the sales floor delivering personalized customer experiences, showcasing our sustainable shoes, and living our brand values every interaction.

You’ll focus on building connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming store culture. Availability of at least 16 hours/week and ability to stand for long shifts are required.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
