Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking motivated individuals for multiple part-time roles in textile production and general retail at our Indianapolis location. The team supports cashiers, textiles/wares production, donation processing, eCommerce, and in-store merchandising to meet store goals.

Positions emphasize customer service, teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• No degree required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow procedures.
• Detail-oriented with accurate cash handling and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: ring up orders, balance drawer, follow cash procedures.
• Sort and display textiles/wares, ensure quality and pricing accuracy.
• Assist with donation processing and door management.
• Support eCommerce and ClickGoodwill initiatives.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean, organized sales floor.
• Operate pallet jack and conveyor where needed.
