Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. in Brownsburg is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations across cashiering, textiles/wares production, donation processing, and eCommerce tasks.

The role offers an hourly rate of $13 and provides the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of duties, from customer service to inventory and display management, in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: ring up orders, balance drawer, follow cash handling procedures.
• Textiles or Wares Producer: sort, quality check, tag, and hang items; track daily production.
• Donation Door Attendant: sort donations, keep door area clean, load/unload trucks as needed.
• eCommerce Producer: identify valuable items for ClickGoodwill and package for shipment.
• e-Books Producer: decide disposition of books and manage display or shipping.
• Rack and Cart Runner: stock shelves, purge sales floor, maintain order.
