Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is hiring a part-time Retail Associate at 10499 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. The role supports store management across cashier, textiles, donation, eCommerce, eBooks, and rack/cart operations.

You will ring up orders, assist customers, maintain the sales floor, sort donations, pack and ship totes for ClickGoodwill, and help with loading/unloading trucks. This position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced cash drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Educates customers about Goodwill programs and directs complex questions to management.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and returns merchandise to proper places.
• Sorts donated goods for quality, and prepares textiles or wares for display.
• Packs and ships totes for ClickGoodwill and maintains inventory records.
• Loads and unloads trucks and operates related equipment as needed.
