Job summary

The Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a friendly Retail Associate in Greenfield to support store operations across cashier, textiles, donations, and online fulfillment. This part-time role contributes to a welcoming shopping experience and helps meet daily sales and production targets.

Duties include ringing up customer orders, sorting and pricing donations, stocking shelves, and assisting with eCommerce and ClickGoodwill tasks as needed. Flexible scheduling is available.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Rings up orders, balances drawer, follows cash procedures.
• Textiles/Wares: Sorts quality, tags, hangs items, produces 85–100 items per hour.
• Donation Door Attendant: Accepts donations, sorts products, keeps backroom organized.
• eCommerce Producer: Identifies valuable items for ClickGoodwill, ships totes to meet budget.
• e-Books Producer: Scans books, packs and ships totes, maintains displays.
• Rack/Cart Runner: Checks racks, merchandises, purges floor, updates production tracking.
