Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana in Martinsville is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate to support store operations by performing roles such as cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, and eCommerce producer.

You will work closely with the store team to deliver great customer service, handle cash, sort donations, maintain clean sales floors, and assist in processing e-commerce items, with daily production targets and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced cash drawer.
• Directs questions to the appropriate associate or manager.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom.
• Sorts donations by quality and category, labeling and shelving appropriately.
• Operates and assists with eCommerce and ClickGoodwill tasks as needed.
• Loads and unloads items and uses equipment safely as required.
