Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana in Indianapolis is hiring a Retail Associate for a full-time, on-site role at $13 per hour. The position supports store management across cashier, textiles/wares production, donation door attendant, eCommerce, e-Books, and rack/cart operations.

The role involves cash handling, donation processing, sorting, packing, stocking, and maintaining a clean sales floor while providing excellent customer service. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, handles cash and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Sorts product for quality and maintains daily production tracking.
• Accepts donations, sorts items, and maintains a clean donation door.
• Identifies valuable items for eCommerce and packs items for shipment.
• Scans books and decides what to ship or display to meet store budget.
• Inspects racks/carts for quality, merchandises, and maintains clean floors.
