Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and act as on-duty supervisor. You will coordinate daily restaurant activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the restaurant team to meet performance standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in restaurant management, strong time management, and good communication. This is a part-time, on-site position at our Missouri location with emphasis on teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications
