Job summary

Altitude Hospitality Group is seeking a Floor Lead to oversee restaurant flow, supervise staff, and ensure a smooth dining and bar experience for guests. You will help with seating, inventory, and order accuracy while upholding company standards and cost controls.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of related experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in management or hospitality supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flow on the restaurant floor and supervise team members.
• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local laws.
• Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards.
• Respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Oversee service floor and manage cash procedures and reports.
