Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must hold or obtain a valid Food Manager Safety Certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team through every shift to deliver high standards for safety, cleanliness, speed, and quality.
• Manage daily operational responsibilities, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and checklists.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and accounting processes for efficiency.
• Maintain the facility and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Recruit, train, and develop Zealots (team members) and foster a positive environment.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and labor cost management.
• Monitor customer feedback and coach the team to improve service and satisfaction.
