Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan, with full and part-time positions available. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while promoting independence and community involvement.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and dependable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to follow care plans, and comfortable assisting individuals with varying abilities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
