ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, delivering compassionate support, encouragement, and skill-building activities tailored to each individual.

You will assist clients with daily living tasks, help them pursue personal goals outside the home, and accompany them into the community as appropriate while following established care plans. Paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay are offered.

Formación

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 home health care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to support personal goals outside the home.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain client safety.
