The position requires dexterity with kitchen equipment, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and solid communication skills. Hotel experience is preferred, and the team emphasizes safety and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start and portion items to meet demand without over-preparing.
• Rotate perishables and keep temps within standards.
• Check pars, plan prep, and set up line for service.
• Maintain buffet stock and maintain clean work areas.
• Return unused items to storage with proper date labeling.
• Assist in controlling food cost and reducing waste.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Be available to work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
