Job summary

The Kartrite Resort in the Catskills is a luxury lodge and indoor waterpark destination seeking friendly restaurant team members. Assist the Outlet Manager and servers to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and deliver stellar guest service.

Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with attention to attendance and hotel policies. You'll help reset tables, stock stations, serve beverages and ensure proper table settings for every dining period while maintaining a high standard of service and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication; adapt to audience.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting; reset service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays and any shift required.
• Follow attendance rules and hotel policies.
