Job summary

The Salvation Army Addiction Treatment Services in Honolulu is seeking a part-time Support Staff (8 hours per week) to supervise and secure the residential living environment and support ATS continuum clients under the Clinical Support Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities include supervising overnight as needed, coordinating appointments, assisting with crisis management, program orientation for new residents, and ensuring adherence to current Programs Policy and Procedures.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• AA degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with substance abuse or social services.
• Must have a current driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and secure the residential living environment and support ATS clients.
• Provide daily client services, orientation for new residents, and crisis support as needed.
• Coordinate client room assignments, activity schedules, and kitchen crew work.
• Assist with case management issues and ensure policy compliance.
