You will handle routine maintenance, unit turnovers, and preventative tasks under supervision of the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring a secure environment for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have basic repair skills, ability to read work orders, and are comfortable outdoors in various weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of general property maintenance or related roles preferred.
• Experience in residential/multifamily environments a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety procedures, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders involving basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs.
• Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues and elevate complex repairs to senior staff.
• Replace light bulbs, screens, hardware, and small fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks on HVAC units, water heaters, and other common systems.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating vendor work as directed.
