Job summary

Redstone is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to support our on-site operations in Burlington, Vermont. You will perform routine repairs, respond to resident service requests, and help maintain building systems and appearances across properties while working with a team of colleagues and vendors.

This role requires a professional attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work on-call as part of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical and plumbing work, HVAC systems, carpentry, painting and general upkeep.
• Able to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; professional, customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, doors, lighting, and safety systems.
• Assist with preparing units for new residents according to turnover checklists.
• Follow management directives, complete paperwork and reports promptly.
• Respond to service requests from residents and coordinate with vendors as needed.
