Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate computer or tablet for logging and access control.
• Preferred CPR/First Aid certification and valid security license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests at the residential front desk and manage access.
• Verify visitor and vendor credentials and maintain guest logs.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor security systems and report irregularities to site management.
• Maintain accurate shift activity logs and incident reports.
