Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors at a residential front desk.
• Monitor access, verify visitor credentials, maintain guest logs, and communicate entry procedures.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Monitor security systems, cameras, and access controls; report issues to site management.
• Maintain accurate records and shift activity logs per policies.
