• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Monitor lobby and entry-point activity, report unusual conditions, and deter unauthorized access through professional presence.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, complete required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
