Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists public housing residents while being transported in NRHA automobiles, vans, and other vehicles to assigned locations.
• Assists passengers with boarding and exiting the van safely.
• Provides information to residents and others regarding the resident services transportation program, van schedule, resident services programs, and other related information.
• Maintains and submits daily mileage log, incident reports, gas card usage, and other documentation as directed.
• Cleans vehicle interior as assigned.
• Reports any malfunctions or accidents involving assigned vehicle to ensure the safety and security of passengers.
