Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or have completed high school.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers to provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
• Greet members/guests, answer calls, and respond to inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks as directed by community representatives.
