Job summary
Elevate Care Northbrook is seeking a friendly Transportation Aide to assist residents with transportation to appointments, activities, and other scheduled outings. You will help residents in and out of vehicles and ensure they are comfortable and safe throughout transit.

Qualifications
- Dependable and compassionate work ethic.
- Clear, respectful communication with residents and staff.
- Comfortable working with elderly residents in a caregiving setting.
- Able to assist residents with mobility needs (wheelchairs, walkers).
- Healthcare or senior-care experience preferred; training provided as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents safely in and out of vehicles.
- Accompany and assist residents during transportation.
- Help residents with wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility needs.
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
- Communicate with facility staff regarding transportation needs.
- Provide friendly and respectful assistance to residents.
